Hourly Rate: $45/hr. (no minimum required)

Cost of Product/Supplies–to include, but not limited to: bins, baskets, dividers, shelving, etc. (all supplies purchased will be yours to keep)

*50% DEPOSIT DUE 1 WEEK PRIOR TO PROJECT APPOINTMENT (Non-refundable & credited towards final invoice)

CLEANING SERVICES

Prices Vary (depending on square footage of space, tidiness/cleanliness of space, frequency of recurring upkeep appointments, etc.)

Deep Clean: Includes cobweb removal, air vents, light fixtures, woodwork wipe down (baseboards, railings, windowsills, etc), deep clean of bathroom(s), deep clean of kitchen surfaces and appliances, cleaning/sanitizing of all surfaces, vacuuming of all floors, and mopping (if applicable)

NOTE: Window cleaning, grout detailing, and/or interior of kitchen appliances available for extra cost upon request

Initial Clean:

NOTE: An initial deep clean must be performed first in order to move into recurring upkeep appointments.

Weekly/bi-weekly/monthly Upkeep Appointments: These appointments are used to upkeep the Initial Deep Clean.  Includes dusting of all surfaces, cleaning/sanitizing of all surfaces/appliances, vacuuming of all floors, and mopping (if applicable)

NOTE: If  recurring appointments are not scheduled within the one-month window from the initial deep clean, customer is subject to a full price deep clean.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES OFFERED

Deep Clean of Organized Space- $30-$80 (price varies depending on size of area that is being organized); Includes dusting, vacuuming, and mopping (if applicable)

​

Maid Services- $40/hour (2 hour minimum); Includes (but not limited to) everyday help around the house, light cleaning, packing/unpacking, laundry, dishes, holiday decor setup/breakdown, small space organization/tidying up

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

ALL CANCELATIONS REQUIRE A 48 HOUR NOTICE

Tidy But Mighty values your time so we ask that you value ours.

​

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, or phone call will be processed without a penalty.

​

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of the hourly rate for the time block scheduled. This includes appointments where we are unable to access the property, turned away, or the client is unavailable.

​

If Tidy But Mighty cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
